I’ve know Ellen and Belinda for years so when I needed physical therapy their office was my 1st choice. It was very easy to make an appointment and they were happy to work around my schedule. My personalized exercise plan is sent to my phone with examples of how to do each exercise. I’m looking forward to finally getting relief from my year long journey with planters fasciitis.
I cannot speak highly enough of the care and expertise provided by Ellen Haverstick and team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the medical professionals, went above and beyond.The level of expertise demonstrated is truly impressive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain the diagnosis and treatment options, and address any questions or uncertainties I had. Their depth of knowledge instilled confidence in me, knowing that I was in capable hands.
i am pleased that i chose APT to continue my rehab when i left the hospital. The staff has been friendly and helpful with everything from paperwork, insurance, scheduling as well as knowledgeable to the work i needed. facility is always clean. and appointment times are kept.
