Shout out to King's Towing and Recovery yesterday. I was on the side of the road with car trouble Tuesday morning at 818 and 21 and called for a tow to Russellville to dealer. They showed up promptly and wouldn't leave with my vehicle until someone was there to pick me up because they didn't want me outside in the cold and snow. The driver was a nice and polite young man too.
They were VERY experienced and understanding. Got my tractor-trailer out without causing any damage to equipment or cargo! They didn't rush - they took their time to assess the situation and come up with the best plan. They then executed that plan flawlessly! He was even kind enough to indulge my curiosity questions!
