John was excellent. He returned my call in a timely manner which is important to me. He came out promptly and kept me informed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend his service to everyone. And he did a wonderful job and I will definitely use him again.

I noticed my dad's heat wasn't working on a night we were getting freezing temps...called John around 730 pm he was there within 30 mins, found the problem, replaced the part, and had it running again within 30 mins. My dad is a vet and hard of hearing, John was great with him. Very personable, professional, and affordable. And to come out that late after hours was great! I highly recommend John at Arctic airpro for all your heat and air issues. He is our go to guy.

Arrived on time, answered all my questions on my unit and also offered me a great service plan for the year. He also fixed my thermostat. Great job we will definitely keep using him.
