“We lost out central HVAC in the middle of a hot, humid Arkansas summer. Absolute was one of several quotes that I got. I chose them not because they were the cheapest but because of their quick friendly response and they were only 1/2 mile away. That turned out to be one of the best choices I ever made. The crew was quick, efficient and courteous. They ran into several problems that I expected an up-charge for, but they stayed to the original estimate. Fast forward a few months. The afternoon before Thanksgiving the workers putting on my new siding managed to disconnect the vent/supply tube for our NG tankless water heater.
