“Gary fixed my AC unit when it went out in the middle of August. He came the same day I called and after his inspection of the unit, realized that it needed a new coil that was unfortunately on backorder. Gary went above and beyond to keep my house cool during the waiting period and even lended me a portable AC unit. He was great at communicating with me on timing as well as explaining the problem to me so that I knew exactly what was happening. He also had many calls with the manufacturer to speed up the delivery of the backordered part and ensure that the parts were covered under warranty (unit was only 2 years old).
