Not only did they do what I needed done they did a complete check of all my tires and systems and recommended what needs addressed. Meaning my 60,000 miles are coming up and they put out on paper what needs to be done. That makes me very comfortable knowing they mean complete auto care. Very satisfied.
Stopped at the Bentonville Firestone location as it's just under a mile from our house. Wanting to buy a battery for my car. Got was rude ale refused sarong they only sell them if they install them.
Called the Centerton location. Professional service. Understood my car was sitting in my driveway with the hood up. Didn't charge installation fee. Centerton you'll have our business from now on.
Great customer service, quick turnaround, pricing, and quality-of-service. Brought mine in for a Coolant and Brake fluid change, and then a 3-step Fuel system cleaning, they did a great job, I'd definitely go back.
