If you want or need anything done quick, go somewhere else. Real nice, friendly and great with insurance getting the claim done. Soon as the insurance check hit my mailbox, literally same day after asking almost everyday if I received it, they were there to collect payment. This was November 2023 and now it’s almost June 2024 and still not scheduled for a new roof. When you call they come up with another excuse and say they will call at the end of the week, early next week but never do. Call again and it’s the same thing every time. It’s my first new roof to pay for and made a crucial mistake in paying upfront.

I met with Osage Roofing and I gave them my insurance check in late October and they promised to do my roof several times and then the last time they promised on finally April 18 to get it done Perry himself promised that he had the equipment and everything ready to do it on that day there was no rain. And they still did not do it. I have contacted him several times and he has not reached back out to me. This company is a scam. Do not use them.

I met with the sales guy from Osage Creek Exteriors in Dec 2023 to replace my roof. I worked with my insurance company and was approved for a replacement within a couple of days. I paid my deductible right away and was told they'd get to my house in about 4 weeks. It's now April 2024 and no one has shown up to do the job. I was told the materials were ordered in December and the owner apologized for the delay and offered to refund my deductible and put me on the schedule for 3/28/24; weather dependent.
