“We lost out central HVAC in the middle of a hot, humid Arkansas summer. Absolute was one of several quotes that I got. I chose them not because they were the cheapest but because of their quick friendly response and they were only 1/2 mile away. That turned out to be one of the best choices I ever made. The crew was quick, efficient and courteous. They ran into several problems that I expected an up-charge for, but they stayed to the original estimate. Fast forward a few months. The afternoon before Thanksgiving the workers putting on my new siding managed to disconnect the vent/supply tube for our NG tankless water heater. Fixing it was a 2 man job, one inside and one outside. At 68 years old I was not able to do it. Almost in a panic I called AH&A and told the lady my problem. Two young men came to my house and fixed it free of charge.“

“We have central air in most of the house but our porch/sun space uses a P-tac unit like motel rooms use. Late in the evening last Friday, when the P-tac kicked on, it sounded like a car whose muffler dropped down on the street! We left messages on HVAC voice mails and actually spoke with several receptionists who told us they'd have somebody call--none of them did. I started looking around to replace the unit--all sellers had 8-12 week lead times. WHAT TO DO?? Then I placed a call to the Hampton Inns and Suites--who do they call when a P-tac goes wonky? The very kind desk clerk gave me Arkansas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration's number--WHAT A LIFE SAVER! That was Monday morning--they sent Jason out before noon! We really feared the worst--would we go all summer using a noisy box fan out there? Well, Jason had it figured out quickly--no electronic failures--just a plastic fan's blade had cracked, causing the clatter. With the difficulty in getting parts, Jason wasn't sure how long it would take to get a replacement. When I was shopping for a whole new unit, I'd come upon an OEM supplier for Amana P-tacs. It was here by Wednesday--and Jason came back to install it today. With all the things that could have gone wrong, once Arkansas Air was involved, we're once again cool on the porch. Good service is starting to be so hard to come by--this was GREAT service! THANX A MILLION!!“
