My mother in law passed away at the age of 99. My daughter took it very hard. She was so upset at the service, some of the staff stayed with her, bringing her a cold rag, water, anything they could think of to comfort her. It meant the world to our family in such a difficult time to be surrounded by people who really cared.

My grandmother passed away in January of last year and Proctor Funeral Home took care of the services. With all that was going it was really great to have such a caring team of people handling things. My grandmother's service was very beautiful and Proctor catered to our every need. They gave us a decent side room for my grandmother's wake and while they were nice and attentive they didn't over do it and crowd our space while we grieved. On the day of my grandmother's funeral it was raining so the pastor did the interment at the church so we wouldn't have to go the funeral home in the storm and Proctor handled everything from there.
