The office isn't super nice, but I think so far the service has been great. I just have some one come out each year to inspect the house for termites and if everything looks good they don't need to kill any termites but if something was infested they would repair it for free because I am under contract.The office doesn't need to be nice. The office also doesn't take cards. But as long as they keep my house covered from termites I'm good.
