The secretary sat behind the glass complaining about how we came in to do a walk in allergy shot. We came between the hours that was on the door. My child and myself heard her talking very loudly and being rude. The waiting room was full and everyone heard her complaining. Customer service is not one of her strong work ethics. Hopefully something is don't about her. I left a message on her supervisors answering machine. I hope no one treats her the way she treated us. RUDE!

Literally traumatized my son when they tried to get his stitches out with dull scissors. She was humming and closing her eyes as he was crying in pain. Then asked if I wanted to get another doctor to help “hold him down”. Like NO that is torture and child abuse. Be careful with bringing your babies here.

Absolutely terrible clinic. They are rude, inconsiderate, and harassing. We stopped taking our child here months ago and still get repeated phone calls trying to get us to go back. I don’t recommend this place or anyone that works there.
