10/10, most definitely recommend!! I, being myself, got caught up with life and left my eyebrows that needed to be done for Valentines Day as a last minute thing and EVERY place was completely booked and took no pity on me. I googled like crazy and finally I came across Natural State Skin Spa and called hopelessly but praying for a miracle since they had a 5 star rating and great reviews on Google. Paige was booked solid but I guess hearing my complete panic and desperation Ashley at the front desk asked Lori and she squeezed me in. I got to the spa to get them done (5 minutes late I might add because my mom had car trouble and I had to go and pick her up unexpectedly) and Paige had finished a client early and ended up being the one who took care of me. She was an absolute doll! She was patient, kind, and considerate to what I wanted. I was clearly a nervous wreck because my previous experience with a different spa went horribly when they took almost half of my eyebrow off, and when she saw my hands shaking trying to hold up the mirror to show her what I wanted due to my nerves she started talking to me and it distracted me. Didn’t even notice that’s what she did until I was already gone and going over the appointment in my head. She’s attentive and did a FANTASTIC job with my eyebrows. Ashley at the front desk, who was her daughter, was peppy and kind also which doesn’t surprise me at all. The whole place just gave off a very welcoming and happy vibe. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on, I loved this place. 😊🥰
