Tech did a good job. They weren't too busy when we arrived, and they started on nails. The only thing I didn't like was one tech started on nails, and then another customer wanted that tech to do her nails, so they moved us to a different tech after he had already started. I would have been nice if they asked me my preference or if I was willing to move instead of ushering us to a different tech. It supposed to be 1st come 1st serve and she didn't have an appointment. Otherwise satisfied with the level.of service
