I’ve been a customer for a while now. Excellent service and staff are always professional and kind. I imagine the prices are comparable: it’s been pleasant enough experience that I’ve not priced anywhere else since I began doing business with Big O Tire.

Made an appointment to get 4 new tires and oil change. Tires were supposed to arrive that morning before I arrived, when the truck got delayed, Alex recommended comparative tires and priced matched to my order. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and quick service. Would recommend and use them again.

We blew out a tire in the middle of an 1,100 mile drive, and the folks at Big O got us in immediately and got us back on the road in under an hour. They were quick and courteous, and we really appreciate them
