“I wanted to share my experience with Mike. I called him yesterday because we discovered a propane leak beneath our stovetop, which was really scary. Mike answered right away, was incredibly polite, and immediately gave me confidence that he knew exactly how to handle the situation. He’s clearly in high demand—he didn’t have an opening until Monday—but he still took the time to help. This morning, he called me back to let me know he had a cancellation and could come earlier. I ended up going with someone who could get here even faster because I was genuinely afraid our kitchen might blow up before anyone arrived. But I want to be clear: I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mike again. There’s a reason he’s been in business for 35 years. I truly appreciate that he tried to fit us in sooner and showed real concern about the situation. If it hadn’t felt like an emergency, we absolutely would have waited for our appointment with him. “These guys truly came through for us, and I can’t tell y’all how much I appreciate it. I discovered a propane leak under my gas stovetop and immediately started to panic—pretty sure my house was about to blow up. I called three different places, including Jason, and everyone was booked solid. Even though he normally doesn’t work Saturdays, Jason was willing to come out Saturday morning to help. Then today, he called back to say he had a cancellation and could be at my house in 20 minutes. PERFECT. Jason and his team showed up, were polite, personable, easy to talk to, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I actually enjoyed their visit while they fixed the leak. They were also incredibly kind and understanding about my very large Rhodesian Ridgeback swiping one of their shoes and trying to play with it. No shoes were harmed in the making of this repair.
