I ended up going with someone who could get here even faster because I was genuinely afraid our kitchen might blow up before anyone arrived. But I want to be clear: I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mike again. There’s a reason he’s been in business for 35 years. I truly appreciate that he tried to fit us in sooner and showed real concern about the situation. If it hadn’t felt like an emergency, we absolutely would have waited for our appointment with him. had these guys come out to service a 1" main that busted. I made the call and within an hour they were here with the supplies and had me fixed up in no time. these guys were super friendly and SUPER quick. deffentaly would recommend Mike the plumber and his Guy.
