Jake was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I felt comfortable from the beginning of my visit with him. It is essential to know that I have a place to go for honest phone repairs. Thanks UBREAKIFIX!
I went in to get my iPhone 11 checked. It wouldn’t allow me to use the touch screen. Jake looked at it and had it fixed in about 30 seconds. AMAZING!!! He didn’t even charge me because it took him no time to make the repair. It was a HUGE deal to me. I will go back with any problem I have in the future because I know I can trust these guys. I hope you will do the same.
Joe took excellent care of us today. He fixed the screen on my daughter’s iPhone 14plus as well as putting a screen protector on it for us. Joe was very friendly and professional from the moment we walked into the door. I will definitely be coming back for all my future repairs.
