I was anxious about an eye exam for my special needs child. However, the staff and Dr. Franks were so incredibly patient and compassionate. I am grateful for people like him because it is rare these days to find someone who will treat you as a person rather than another patient. Very impressed.

Dr. Franks is so kind! Always smiling and happy. Our family has seen Dr. Franks for years. He has a genuine interest in our whole family. Our children have moved away but still come back to see Dr. Franks. Would highly recommend.

Awesome staff! Dr. Franks is so caring & works hard 2 find the best course of action strictly 4 U. He can whip a contact out of your eye or put one in so quick U don't even realize that he has put a pair in. Until you can raise your head up and all of a sudden you can see!!
