AC Unit went out around Midnight. First thing that morning called to check availability. 15+ other calls and no one could see us same day. Unfortunately they were booked but guaranteed the after hour mechanic could be there from 6pm-10pm. Around 12 they told me I actually got out on the schedule for early afternoon. Thermostat was reading 85F. Technician was there within the hour, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it within 5 minutes. Very responsive and customer friendly. Thanks to BR McGinty for saving my 8mo pregnant wife from a heat stroke or going insane 😂 10/10 recommend.
