Everything and everyone I dealt with was fantastic! The young lady at the front desk and the medical personnel in the back were absolutely fantastic and amazing!! Made me feel like they really cared and took their time, even though it was almost closing time for them!! Then Hannah kept apologizing for the wait!! I told her I should apologize for coming in last minute!!! Told her I would have waited even longer for the opportunity to be seen!!
I was very ill and I knew I couldn’t get an appointment with my PCP for days and BHUC was the answer. I just showed up with no appointment and as soon as I finished my paperwork I was taken to an exam room where a nurse checked my vitals the Provider seen me very soon and diagnosed me and prescribed some meds for me and I was on my way.
Definitely will be going back anytime I need a doctor and can’t get to my PCP quick enough.
