The roof was completed quickly and efficiently. However, there was a LOT of miscommunication regarding the billing and costs. And when I kept reaching out for clarification, I was basically ignored in that aspect, which was very stressful for me.

After a severe hail storm in Northwest Arkansas, my wife and I awoke to water dripping on us from the ceiling above our bed. We quickly found a few other areas as well that were leaking into our home. Needless to say we were in need of immediate help! We called Cody with 3 Kings, and LITERALLY within an hour he had a local rep at our door ready to help. I've never had service like that! They were so professional, and so fast to get our roof repaired. And it looks AMAZING!!! It took all our neighbors WEEKS to get their roofs replaced. I felt so bad for them! The work they did on the roof at my photography studio looks incredible! They were clean throughout the entire process and got the job done quickly. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the work!
