Made an appointment for my husband as a Valentine's gift, paid $69 we ended up having an emergency to take our 6 year old to the hospital, something not plan and complete lost track of time. Tried to reschedule but nothing open for the same day and wanted us to pay an extra 25 since it was a no call no show. I went in and asked for a refund of the rest of the amount since we had to pay 25 taken out the amount already paid. So refund should have been $44 but she only refund it $25 out of the 69 we paid. I love having my lashes extensions. She makes it such a relaxing experience.
I absolutely love the people and the service. The beds are always hot and ready to go. I have tanned a lot of places and this is by far my favorite place to go.
