They were really patient with my mom who has dementia, but they didn't say when I made the appointment that they didn't take cards or checks. They were rude to my mom's friend who showed up late (yesterday I know late is bad but she has an emergency) they didn't ask her which she wanted to do her toes or hands then when they finished the one told her sorry we can't do the other because you are late. They should have explained this before they started or asked her to reschedule. We did explain she was going to be coming late and they said it was fine. Always know what I want and pick the right colors as I am a creature of habit. The employees are very friendly and great atmosphere. They stay super busy and are by appointments only and that's sometimes hard for me to plan around work.

The Salon was clean. Sandy is a great nail tech, she gave me exactly what I asked for. I don't understand the extra cost for "shaping" my nails. It is not something that was charged for where I moved from but it seems to be standard for the area. I am not positive she used a new file or buffing block so will request those specifically at my next appointment. I am very happy with the quality and durability of my nails. I will be booking my fill and using Pretty Nails again.
