The process was simple and seamless, and I can’t believe how quickly the team was able to design 3 incredible samples for me to review! We had Simple Machine migrate our WordPress site from GoDaddy to their platform. They made the process simple and the few bumps we did have they jumped right on them, even contacting GoDaddy on our behalf to get things right. We worked with Ally & Kevin and they were very responsive. They also created a personalized YouTube video using our own site for training us on how to make changes. I thought that was top notch. Simplemachine is simply an amazing company...no pun intended! I really appreciate their excellent communication skills. They are always quick to respond and so helpful. Building a new website for our medical practice was a bit overwhelming for me, but they walked me through the process effortlessly. These guys were so patient with me as I was having some health issues during this project. I never felt pressure, but only concern. Their customer service is simply amazing!
