When our lease was up they said they were going to renovate the duplex and we had to move had hardly no time to prepare.when we left they used the walk thru we filled out when we first moved in so that they could fix anything wrong against us .everything we found upon vacating they said we had to pay for as damages problem is we are a older couple and I promise you we did no damage they even tried to charge us for the rusted burner pans on the stove that we never used instead we used our own so whats that say for their honesty .you say you don't handle duplexes now. Amazing staff. If you're looking for an agent, Jim K is the man you need. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought my first house with his help and I really needed it because I knew absolutely nothing. I will definitely work with him or his children when I go to sell my current house in the future
