We had about 10 windows replaced last week and have been so happy with The entire process. Rich was very helpful in creating our quote and even honored pricing that we had already started with a different rep. The transition between sales people was seamless which can easily go awry, and Wayne was the best installer we could have asked for, with lots of attention to detail. We have an addition planned for the near future and will be using Pella lifestyle again. Pricing and quality both seemed better than Anderson replacement to me.
