Our AC condenser failed yesterday during the hottest day we've had this year! We called Mike Kramer & Co. and had two technicians at our home 1st thing this morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the failed component with a new one. As always, the people who helped us were prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We highly recommend Kramer and Co. We can always count on them.
3° this morning- and for the last several days, our propane heating unit was struggling to heat our home to much above 60 degrees, (barely averaging about 64°). We called Kramer Mechanical (who has always treated us well on our plumbing, heating, and A/C issues), and they had a very competent professional (Daniel) show up within hours of my call. In about 2 hours of service Daniel was able to repair our system to normal operation! We are delighted with Kramer Mechanical (and their pricing was super fair!). Thank You!
