Rare Customer Service. We had issues with our HVAC system and friends of our recomended Benton County Heating and Cooling. Adam the office manager was very kind and compasionate. He was able to answer our questions and get help for us quickly. He showed a rare style of customer service that you just to see these days. I would offer him a job if he didn't already have one.Will came to our home to fix our split system. He too was very kind and personable. He was able to identify the issues quickly and didn't try to sell us or fix anything we didn't need. Our air was out. We called them and left a message after they closed on Monday. They called back Tuesday morning early and came by noon and fixed it quickly. Great guys -I highly recommend

What I really like is that they don’t try to sell you a new unit, or do unnecessary repairs. The furnace was making a whistling noise (I swear), but when the serviceman turned it on, there was no noise. Yes, I’m paying for a service call, but it’s better then paying for repairs I don’t need.Service: Heating system repair
