Animal Hospital of Bentonville took great care of my pup! They have consistently been helpful and timely when getting us in for appointments. When he needed an unexpected urgent surgery, we were scared and had many questions. All of my questions were answered and thoroughly discussed before surgery was decided on. They took wonderful care of Bentley before, during, and after surgery. He recovered beautifully! He is excited to go to the vet. Their staff is very kind and so loving to our fur baby! We are so grateful for Animal Hospital of Bentonville!
The vet and staff here were patient and empathetic especially during a very difficult time and decision. We brought our pup here for diagnostics which turned quickly into making a hard decision. They provided space, time, kindness, and information for us to proceed in the path that was best for our pup. The vet took the time to explain things to us as many times as we needed and answered all of our questions with compassion and grace.
I am so very pleased with the entire experience at the Animal Hospital of Bentonville. The staff was very professional as well as personable. The atmosphere in the reception area was comfortable and clean, loved the cushioned chairs. My wait time was very minimal, I was greeted warmly and my dog was taken right in to be seen. The exam rooms were very sanitary. And there was no medicinal smell, which is present in some clinics. The staff was very knowledgeable and gracious with their findings, taking the time to answer my questions and elaborate on my concerns. I was also pleased with their prices, I felt they were very fair. I will definitely recommend going here.
