I just wanted to say how wonderful the staff and doctors were at All Pets in Bentonville, as we had to make the hard decision to put our beloved Westie to sleep. From the moment we walked in, they did not judge us for the tears that were flowing as we spent our last few minutes with our beloved pet Frisco. They immediately got us into a private setting and afterwards let us use a side door, so we did not have to face a waiting room full of people and their pets. Thank you for caring and the sympathy you showed during this very emotional and sad moment in our lives.
My parents have been taking our pets here for 8 years! We have 8 dogs total and the staff have been nothing but kind, caring, and loving to our babies! Absolutely adore all of the staff and their sweet receptionist Lynn! They are also so organized and professional! I recently became a dog mom myself and am still learning a lot, but Dr. Layla was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and well educated when it came to caring for my baby girls! She is a true gem! Absolutely love this place!!!
This vet saved our Yorkie's life the other day! We can't be more thankful for her quick decision to operate on what she said was a large mass in his tummy. It turned out to be a huge hair ball that was causing blockage and probably would have killed him. We were from out of town but she was so confident and communicative and understanding and we trusted her to do the surgery.........best decision we could have made! Our dog is doing great now and we know to watch better what he sneaks when we are not looking. A different decision (make him comfortable instead of searching for the problem) would have been tragic. THANK YOU All Pets Animal Hospital!!!!!
