On August 12, 2024 we put in a full cash offer for a Home by Hesley represented by Denise Hipskind at 3037 Avilla Mnr, Alexander, AR 72002. Our realtor did not hear back from her except for a verbal confirmation that she did not think she was going to accept our offer because she was working with another buyer that had NOT put an offer in yet. We did not have a good experience trying to buy this house through Denise nor did she follow proper realtor procedure with our offer, the only offer which is evident as the house was newly listed today, August 20, 2024. Their loss as we have now contracted on another house.

Placed a full price cash offer on a Homes by Hesley and offer with no other offers in place and offer was not accepted on 8/12 by the listing agent. 8/20 House was listed at the same price we offered. Not sure what kind of games are being played here but appears to be a very disreputable company.
