Never got my taxes done after extension was filed! Still unable to contact them for my returns!

Needed a copy of tax documents that I misplaced. They have done my taxes for 11 years and they told me they were going to charge me $50 to look in their system and print my docs for me. It cost me $80 for them to do my taxes in the first place. Last year was the last time Ill use them.
Edit to respond to owner's Response: I completely agree that your time and money should be worth something. But for you to spend 3 minutes to pull up my old documentation and to print off 10 pages shouldn't cost me $50. I am fine with paying a fair fee but highway robbery is a different matter. Took my tax forms and never filed taxes. Multiple calls and emails sent and no response.Update: They did follow through with completing tax forms the day before the were due after no response for months and acted like they did me a favor. Still 1 star review.Please read my review before you comment! I would love for you to call me and explain how any of my review is incorrect. You literally said you “filed them last night!” That’s what it says in my review…
