James was really good, we called him on a sunday and he was at our house at 8 am Monday morning we had a bad wire that he found under the house, and fixed it in no time, after he left the unit would kick on and kick off we called him back and in no time at all he had been here fixed the issue and left we never knew he had came back until he called us and told us the problem was fixed!!!!! A+ rating from us!!!!! Will continue our business with Hastings Heating & Air from here out, he very friendly, very fast, very knowledgeable, and very reliable!!!!
