“My backyard fountain was hit by lightning that fried the pump. Johnny and River carefully caught the goldfish, identified baby fish I didn’t even know were in there, and put them into a bucket of water while they worked. They cleaned out the pool and installed a new pump. Not only does it work, but also they figured out why the fountain had been slowing to a weak drizzle every few days. They (and my wonderful son in law Don) fixed that too. The fish are very happy, and so am I.“

“All I can say about Joe Hatfield and his company is that everything was amazing. We had a pool built by an incompetent pool "builder" for our short-term rental in Branson and he completely botched the job. It left us with a huge eyesore and safety hazard and our rental income suffered greatly from it. In comes Joe, and he completely fixed everything and made this eyesore into a beautiful pool (all in less than 6 months)! This was a pretty big job too - new shell, new plaster, new patio, redo plumbing, etc.

His pricing was fair and there were literally zero surprises at all from him. He always responded quickly when we had questions and kept us in the loop at all times. Now we have zero stress about the pool and we are already getting great new reservations in because we have a working pool.
