“I walked in and although they couldn’t see me that day, they made an appt for the next afternoon. I showed up and had a brief consultation with Jocelyn. She was really kind and listened to me and gave her opinion as to what she thought would work best with my face shape. She didn’t tell me until the end of the cut or convey that I had disrupted her schedule at all, but I realized I had booked the wrong type of appointment and I’d caused her to go over and the client after me was now waiting for their turn past their appt time. She was super nice about it and advised me as to what kind of appointment to book in the future. This was my first time visiting a barber and I found it to be welcoming, cool, warm and trendy.
