Brenda at Sears Hometown Store in Batesville has been an amazing help to me!! I tried sears.com, Sears Customer Solutions and several others before getting a situation resolved by her and the hometown store. I have ordered several appliances here and will always order from this specific store. I live out of town but will only shop here because of the amazing customer service. Thank you, Brenda!!
