Called to question a late charge(which I have not paid in almost 20 years). The person from Bethel was very short and curt to say that bills not paid by due date will have to pay a late fee. My cancelled check shows the depost date by Bethel to be 14 days after the due date. They do not provide a date received, so they can charge a late fee depending on when the check is deposited, not received.
My problem is how your getting your reading theirs no way my water bill is 357.00 and we have no leaks you need to check for people tapping into the water system I’m not paying the whole neighborhood s bill this is absurd I want to see the reading and comparing for the last 90 days I will be in in person thank you just giving you a heads up thanks respectfully d martin
Extremely poor service. Sunday, November 26. Because Bethel, AS PROMISED DURING A CONVERSATION WITH BETHEL MANAGER, JOHN ROSS, did not provide notification of an emergency water shut down, we now have 2 brand new water pumps that have been burned up. The expense to replace the first pump was $2500 and now we are looking at incurring a second expense of $2500 to replace a second pump. Lived in Wilsonville for a little over a year and this is by far the worst utility service we’ve experienced in our seven, new home relocations over the past 15 years.
