Bethel Water System

Extremely poor service. Sunday, November 26. Because Bethel, AS PROMISED DURING A CONVERSATION WITH BETHEL MANAGER, JOHN ROSS, did not provide notification of an emergency water shut down, we now have 2 brand new water pumps that have been burned up. The expense to replace the first pump was $2500 and now we are looking at incurring a second expense of $2500 to replace a second pump. Lived in Wilsonville for a little over a year and this is by far the worst utility service we’ve experienced in our seven, new home relocations over the past 15 years.

I am highly disappointed ☹️, I totally understand that when a main line is busted that they have to shut the water off… but would be nice ? for them to send you an email or via text to alert you that they are turning the water off( we woke up to no water couldn’t brush our teeth or take a shower) so please it would be nice to let your customers know in advance and give them 10 minutes ahead of time prior before turning it off …

Sherrie Head and John Ross at Bethel Water, helped me get our water turned on, even though there were a few steps that had to take place. They were both so professional and easy to communicate with. I could not ask for a better experience in any way. Many thanks for being there for our family and keeping us updated and walking us through the process, including how to access and turn the water on and off. I still can’t believe they cared enough to make it so easy. Wonderful experience!
