We've been going round and round with another plumber for a couple of months trying to identify an issue. Dale's Septic recommended Mr Peavy, and he came out the same day because it was a holiday weekend and we were worried about making it worse. He found roots in the structure of our pipes, something that I feel like should have been identified pretty early on in the diagnosis process, but was missed repeatedly by the other company. He was also able to confirm that are upstairs plumbing ties in further down the line, therefore we could continue to use it without messing anything up.
