Some of the most professional guys I've come in contact with in a long time! My A/C went out over the weekend. Had them setup to come out on Monday, which was a holiday but then the storms came through and I lost power for 36 hours. They kept in constant contact with me and when my power came back on, they were here the very next day fixing my A/C!. I can't recommend this company enough.
had a major leak under the house, called another place before Engles, but was told it would be 2 days before I could get service.Samantha sent Cory and Seth, who came out within a short time and resolved the issue quickly. Very courteous and they have a new customer.
Mike originally came to quote on pipe repair; we needed the leak pinpointed first so I had him do a simple repair on a dripping shower faucet. There were complications but Mike stayed with it 2.5 days until the job was finished as frustrating as it may have been.
