We have a mini split unit that went out and we called Allen's to service it since they did the initial install. We had some delays and kinks that hindered our service, but the owners reached out to us personally to make the situation right. What was initially very frustrating ended up with us coming away appreciating their company even more. Even though it wasn't perfect from start to finish, we were extremely impressed with the personal touch of going out of their way to make things right as well as owning areas that they could have done better without being defensive or accusatory towards us. Mr. Luke came out to check out our unit, he was a nice guy , up-front with me & explained the situation. He got right on the problem, was quick in getting us back up & cooling. I have used Allens for a long time for my personal home and for the business I work with. I will never use another AC company. They are friendly, professional, prompt and honest.
