“We have a mini split unit that went out and we called Allen's to service it since they did the initial install. We had some delays and kinks that hindered our service, but the owners reached out to us personally to make the situation right. What was initially very frustrating ended up with us coming away appreciating their company even more. Even though it wasn't perfect from start to finish, we were extremely impressed with the personal touch of going out of their way to make things right as well as owning areas that they could have done better without being defensive or accusatory towards us. It is refreshing to be able to resolve things with actual people and continue to support local business. “Jason is the best! Called him as a second opinion when another company said we needed to replace our whole AC unit. He came out late at night, in the rain, no charge. Came the next morning with a new unit but he was so thorough that he fixed a bad connector. He saved us from overspending! I definitely will use his company for all our home needs in the future!!
