We contacted Houston on the weekend. He was quick to respond and had someone out to check our unit within a couple of hours. Once it was decided we would need a new unit, he brought window units out for us to use until he could get the new unit installed. Would recommend him 100%…he responded quickly, priced the job fairly, showed up when he said he would, and in the 100 degree weather completed the job in one day.
