Nortons Flooring

We haven't personally been customers of Nortons, but I'd still like to review their character and situational awareness. Someone placed an order with their store for over $4000 using our company debit account. They realized immediately that something was suspicious and credited us back immediately, called our bank to report what happened, and called the police to meet the individual who came to pick up the fraudulent order. I hope we have an occasion in the future to send them business, they're absolute class acts.

These guys have always been a great help with any project I took to them. Always a friendly , family type atmosphere. If your not friends with these guys , it’s probably because you just haven’t stopped in for a visit yet. Thanks for being there guys. See you next time. Robert

Enjoyed working with Charlie and his crews!They were very helpful in finding the right hardwoods and carpeting for our house. He was very patient with us ! After months of searching for the right product we were never was pushed to settle on anything less than what we were trying to find , I knew it was out there somewhere and Charlie made every effort he could to help us locate it getting samples from lots of suppliers. Never got tired of ordering samples for us! Lol Very impressed with their customer service and installations. They were also the most reasonably priced out of everyone. We would highly recommend using these are some really nice folks to do business with!!
