The entire team was responsive, courteous, understanding and knowledgeable. They were there when we needed a new system and got everything together on a Saturday for us to get the system installed Monday morning. Starting with the awesome woman behind the phone (Ms. K) to the two gentlemen (Mr. C and Mr. J), clearly aliases for all parties, who showed to my house, this was the BEST service I have received from any organization in years.Ms. K was friendly, apologetic for an unforgettable (unavoidable) issue during our heatwave, and was communicative from beginning to end and beyond about my service call. I think her sense of humor helped also.Mr. C and Mr. J worked their butts off over the course of 2 days to troubleshoot my system, find the correct parts, and even went so far as to use their charm to get one of the parts warehouses to manually check inventory while the weather...read full review
