We have several large dogs and they can be a little rough and tumble at times, but Dogwatch has backed up their guarantee 100%. When one of our receivers quit working they replaced it at no cost, as promised.The underground wire has broken a few times over the years as the result of careless workman or expanding tree roots, but the times we were able to locate the break ourselves, repairing it was a breeze. And the one time we couldn't locate the break, they were quick to send someone out to find it for us and make the necessary repair.The batteries and collars are very long-lasting and decently priced.
