Nice doctors here but I’m noticing a pattern here… every visit I’m waiting a hour just for my kids to be seen doesn’t matter what type of visit. It doesn’t matter if it’s a morning , afternoon regular checkup or sick visit they take their time and aren’t considerate of patient or parents time. They come in for less than 5 minutes but I’m waiting a hour more just to be seen and I come to each appointment on time even early and it’s ALWAYS like this. Considering at this point switching to another clinic.

We love this practice and have used them for 9 years, since my oldest was born. Even when we left that area, we still make the drive when the kids need to be seen.

Dr. Crum is amazing. She takes her time and answers any questions we have.

I see reviews about long wait times. We are typically called back quickly to a room, and while we do have to wait some, I think you have to understand this is a busy office. The staff is constantly going and there's often a constant rotation of patients to be seen.

My 3 boys enjoy seeing Dr. Stone and do not fear having to go to the doctor. I appreciate that Dr. Stone sits down and talks to my 13 year old during his entire visit.. It empowers my son to communicate his needs/be his own advocate. Dr. Stone never acts rushed and has taken plenty of time to answer questions and provide education to all of us. We have seen other providers there as well when my kids are sick and need to be seen and they have all been great.
