Our experiences have always been wonderful. There is no other staff that is more professional, courteous and friendly in any Birmingham business. They ought to teach customer service to other businesses!

9/11/24 I visited Utopia cleaners to have a pair of pants hemmed. The owner was very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job with the alteration. I’m happy to have found a nearby cleaners that provides great service!

Fantastic customer service and care. Although we are new customers we could tell right away as we left the parking lot that we had found the right place and would continue to come back as long as we are in the area. Suits and pants came back in excellent condition and were pressed exactly as they should. Everything was ready for pick up 2 days earlier than expected. Would give more stars if possible.
