I love dropping things off with Ms. Kim. She always makes me feel like a friend. We have been going here for years and quality of service is always top notch. You pull right up and she knows you. I’m new to Bham and have only been here once. It’s so convenient with drive thru drop off and pick up. My clothes came out perfect and no overly strong chemical odor. It will be my go-to place. Thanks!

Miss Kim is the most precious and kind lady. We have been coming to Utopia for 11 years now. The customer service is 5 star every time!! The quality of service is great. We have my husbands dress shirts laundered and lightly starched. Always perfect! Miss Kim does my alterations and repairs as well. We are so grateful we found Utopia after being relocated to BHM!!
