“Guru” means expert and even that is an understatement for how Mrs. Portia performs her craft. She is well versed, skilled, and not to mention down to earth. My experience was pleasant and not at all painful. This is definitely my wax lady! I couldn’t recommend her enough.

VERY clean, very polite, prompt, great conversationalist.Went for a wax, didn't check before I walked out. Realized there were a few hairs left when I got in the car. Went back inside and she cleaned it up for me. I'll return for a different service in the near future.
