Katie is a great colorist and consistently gives me great haircuts. She listens to what I want and explains if there are any issues with what I want and what my hair will do. That's really important to me. She is fun and a delight as well as very talented!

Katie is the most professional and considerate hairdresser I have ever been to, taking the time to listen to my concerns and work with me on styles I feel comfortable with! She has quick, clean and efficient service- and seriously, her cut and colors are STUNNING! You really leave the chair feeling your best!

During a business trip in Birmingham, Alabama, I found myself in need of a haircut. Katie Pfitzer came highly recommended by a colleague who resides in the Mountain Brook area. A few mouse clicks later, I was able to make an appointment online. I had a great haircut by 1 p.m. just in time for a 2 p.m. meeting. Thank goodness for a cancellation in her schedule. Katie offers a very clean, quiet location and provides excellent service. I'm very pleased with my haircut and I will return for another haircut if I am in the Birmingham area again. Apparently Katie Pfitzer has only recently moved to her new Vestavia Hills location after nearly 2 decades at another local salon. A big thanks to the folks at Trocadero for letting my colleague's wife know about her new location!
