I have been a member of this location for two years and LOVE it! It is clean, the staff is amazing, and the variety of different workouts is what makes it so great as well! There is something for everyone and you can change up your workouts. Plus they have a workout area to do strength training. I know it advertises you share a room with two other people, but in the two years I have been doing it, I have always had a room to myself, so don't let that stop you from joining! It's awesome and I can't say enough great things about the Hotworx in Vestavia! They ROCK!

I bought a membership pre-opening Because honestly-I have done every exercise there is... This place has it all. A quiet workout space with hot sauna workouts from barre to cycling to yoga to pilates which leave you feeling reinvigorated or a weight area to speed up fat loss. It is 24 hr access and so much more affordable than exercise-specific places(pilates, yoga) that are boutique and fun but classes are limited and you often get charged if you can't make it. My work schedule is hectic so I can schedule at Hotworx and reschedule as needed. The hot sauna workout may seem daunting but you get used to the heat and even crave it after a while. And you feel so much better post workout. I always leave wanting to come back....which is the highest indicator of a good exercise space to me.

First off I give five stars to Hotworx as a business. I am a very indecisive person but upon taking a tour at my home Hotworx facility I signed on the dotted line that day and haven't looked back or regretted my decision. It's probably the only decision I've made in life on the spot : /Hotworx Vestavia is probably the biggest Hotworx in the greater Birmingham area.
